Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial usage during a billing period.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not provided for our subscription services. However, exceptions may be made under the following circumstances:

  • Service Failure: If the service is unavailable for a significant period (exceeding our SLA guarantees) due to our technical issues.
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error in our billing system.
  • Initial Purchase: For first-time customers, we may offer a grace period (e.g., 7 days) subject to specific promotional terms.

Non-refundable Items

The following items and fees are non-refundable:

One-time setup or installation fees
Custom development or integration services
Consulting or training fees
SMS or email credit packages

Processing Timeline

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
